Product Description:
Fire Resistant Door T90-2-FSA „KB“/ T90-2-RS-FSA-Tür „KB“ tested and approved to DIN 4102 Z-6.20-2157 dated 10.11.2011. For fitting into brickwork, concrete, gas concrete and construction stud walls F90.

Approved Size Range:
Width: 1375 mm – 3000 mm
Height: 1750 mm – 3700 mm

Door Leaves:
64 mm resp. 62 mm thick (RRM-max. 2500 x 2500 mm), 74 mm resp. 72 mm thick, thick or thin rebate to 3 sides, sheet steel (galvanized) thickness 1.0 or 1.5 mm. Steel reinforcement by flat steel profiles and u-profiles. Isolation with mineral wool insert and sheetrock. 3 security bolts per leaf.

Surface Finish:
Door leaf primed powder-coated in traffic white (RAL 9016).

Hinges and Closing Devices:
4 construction hinges with ball-bearing 160 × 16 × 5, 2 top door closers, 1 door co-ordinator.

Frame:
Corner frame made of 2 mm thick galvanized steel sheet, screwable, with welded on wall plug anchor and with EPDM seal to 3 sides. Frame filled with foaming (in case of fire) material. Alternatively available with counter frame 1.5 mm thick, or 2 mm thick block frame.

Fittings:
Traffic Leaf:
Mortise lock with lever/ knob in accordance with DIN 18250, FS-round handle set in black for profile cylinder.
Fixed Leaf:
Spring catch (latching towards top), spring catch handle on opposite hinge side at 1600 mm height.

Verglasung:
Fire-resistant glass, Promaglas 30/37 Type 1, 2 oder 3. (Maximum pane dimension 900 mm × 1800 mm) or Promaglas 90/35 Type 1, 2 oder 3. (Maximum pane dimension 1200 mm x 2200 mm), width of Frieze at least 200 mm. Door leave also available with round glazing or multiple glazing. Galvanized steel glazing profile, 2 mm thick, primed powder-coated in traffic white (RAL 9016). Fire-resistant glass clear (is not suitable for outdoor use).

Additional Security Functions:
Smoke-proof in accordance with DIN 18095 with retractable bottom seal.

Burglar Resistance:
Burglar Resistance in accordance with DIN EN 1627-1630:2011-09 RC2 – RC4.

Sound insulation:

ca. UD=1,9W/(m²K)
