Product Desciption:
Monotherm door, alternatively with panel or fixed transom light for inside and outside use. For fitting into masonry, concrete, porous concrete and gypsum plaster walls. Other wall connections on request.

Width: 1350 mm – 3500 mm
Height: 1750 mm – 5000 mm

Door Leaves:
64 mm respectively 54 mm thick (max modular height 3000mm), thin rebate to 3 sides, sheet steel (galvanized) thickness 1,5 mm. Steel reinforcement made of flat steel profiles and u-profiles, isolation with 50 mm resp. 60 mm thick mineral wool insert, 1 security bolt per leaf.

Surface Finish:
Door leaf primed powder-coated in traffic white (RAL 9016).

Hinges and Closing Devices:
2 construction hinges with ball-bearing 160 × 16 × 4 per leaf.

Frame:
Corner frame made of 2 mm thick galvanized steel sheet with welded on wall plug anchor and with EPDM seal to 3 sides. Alternatively with counter frame 1.5 mm thick or block frame 2 mm thick. Galvanized surface.

Fittings:
Traffic Leaf:
Mortise lock with lever/knob tested to DIN 18250, fire proof round lever handle set. Lever handle pivoted.
Fixed Leaf:
1 flush lever bolt, latches in rebate, concealed, latching towards top and bottom.

Glazing:
Galvanized steel glazing profile, 2 mm thick, primed powdercoated in traffic white (RAL 9016). 7 mm thick wired glass resp. 20 mm thick ISO wired glass. Additional glazing on request.

Ventilation Grilles/ Ventilation Grilles for Transformer
Room Doors:
Ventilation grilles made of square edged, penetrationproof steel sheets, with woven wire mesh on the inside (for transformer room doors), galvanized and primed powder-coated in traffic white (RAL 9016). Ventilation approx. 70%.

Notice:
Glazing frames and ventilation grilles/ ventilation grilles for transformer room doors are fixed on the hinge side (burglar resistant), screwed or riveted on the hinge opposite side.

Sound insulation:
Sound insulation in accordance with DIN EN ISO 717-1 with special equipement Rw ‘= 45dB.

Burglar Resistance:
Burglar Resistance in accordance with DIN V ENV 1627-1630 WK2 – WK4.

Heat Insulation:
ca. UD=1,9W/(m²K)
